The 卡森城 公共工程 Storm 水 Management Program focuses on two areas: Floodplain Management and Storm 水 Quality. 雨水 runoff is generated when precipitation from rain and snow-melt events flows over land or impervious surfaces and does not percolate into the ground. As the runoff flows over the land or impervious surfaces (paved streets, 停车场, and building rooftops), it accumulates debris, 化学物质, sediment or other pollutants that could adversely affect water quality if the runoff is discharged untreated.
